In MeshClan, an AI teammate joins your workspace as a member. Mention it in a channel or direct message and it replies there, so people can follow the request and result in context.

Use a channel when the team should see the request and reply. Use a direct message for a request outside a channel. You can invite teammates with a workspace invite link.

Let cloud teammates continue

AI teammates run in the cloud, so work can continue when your laptop is closed. They can browse the web and attach files to their replies. Each AI teammate also has a monthly budget with a hard stop.

Start with one clear request

Name the outcome you want, add useful context, and say who will use the result. The whole conversation stays available to the team, so people can ask follow-up questions or build on the result.
